At Tail Wags and Sparkles your safety is of the utmost importance. This includes your right to privacy so here is a new updated Privacy Policy.
What Personal Data do I collect and how ?
Your initial enquiry with Tail Wags can be by email, telephone, text message or private fb message. You can also send me a message using the contact form on the website.
If you choose to book :
Your name, address, fee/deposit paid and shoot date will be stored securely in my paperwork. All online communication is automatically saved securely. This obviously is to enable me to contact you with regards to your session. Once your session is complete all details are deleted. With regards to paperwork, invoices are required to be kept for tax purposes.
Images
Your images are initially stored on the memory card until I get them home. They are then transferred to the hard drive and backed up on usb. This enables me to process your images for printing. Once the images are transferred safely on to hard drive they are then deleted from the memory cards.
So How Do I Use Your Personal Data ?
I only use your contact details to discuss your session with you.
I will only use your address if you require your images to be posted. This will always be done Special Delivery. In most cases however clients pick their package up in person.
I have never sent out newsletters so there has never been a need for me to keep your details once your session is complete.
I NEVER share info with third parties.
No images will be used for promotion without your signed consent.

PHPSESSID : This is used for the functionality of the shopping cart system and contains no personal data, so you won't encounter any annoying adverts after visiting my website :)
SERVER: The website uses multiple web servers to ensure a fast and reliable service. The cookie will contain a reference to a particular server so you continue to use that server in any one browsing session. Again this contains no personal data.
Users of the website will often be paying by Paypal or Bank Transfer in which case you will have submitted your data to them when you signed up with them. Please refer to their website for information.
Contact Form
As mentioned before you may have sent your enquiry via the contact form on the Tail Wags website. Your message will then be delivered to my secure email address. All contact form messages are deleted as soon as your enquiry is dealt with.
